DSI Workshop Integrity & Critical Judgement
Take your professional integrity to the next level and learn to make sound moral decisions in challenging situations. In this interactive DSI workshop, you will discover how to identify ethical dilemmas, address them openly, and resolve them with confidence.
By taking this workshop you will learn to deal with ethical issues in your daily work through practical case study and peer review.
As from 1 January 2025 we will work with updated DSI-learning objectives and therefore an updated programme.
The renewed programme of this workshop takes you through recognisable practical examples and cases, in which you will learn to identify and discuss ethical dilemmas. Using methods for a structured approach, you will gain insight into how to make well-considered choices aligned with the standards and responsibilities in the financial sector, as well as recognisable and applicable theoretical knowledge.
Note:
As an advisor, you will also need the DSI-Integrity e-learning. Consider the Combi Package, in which you can purchase both components (e-learning and workshop) at an advantageous price. Participants holding a CFA level 1 or VBA diploma are exempt from the workshop.
During this interactive half-day workshop, you will work on:

- Methods to discuss ethical issues, especially when values and responsibilities conflict.
- Thinking systematically about ethical issues with peer support.
- You will work on practical skills that you can immediately apply in your work so that you can deal with moral issues with confidence.

This workshop is specifically aimed at consultants within retail and institutional services with a Higher Professional Education (HBO) level of working and thinking. Successful completion of this DSI Ethics and Critical Judgement workshop is mandatory for registration with DSI, so make sure you don’t miss this opportunity.
