Dit rapport toont aan dat onze processen rondom informatiebeveiliging consistent aan hoge standaarden voldoen. We zijn daarmee een van de eerste organisaties binnen de branche die met dit assurance-rapport aantoonbaar maakt dat wij de beveiliging, beschikbaarheid en vertrouwelijkheid van informatie daadwerkelijk op orde hebben over een langdurige evaluatieperiode.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Waarom SOC 2 Type II?<br \/>\n<\/strong>We zijn al jaren ISO 27001 gecertificeerd, waarmee we als organisatie aantonen dat informatiebeveiliging een structureel onderdeel vormt van onze werkwijze. Bij klanten signaleren we echter een toenemende behoefte aan diepgaandere, externe toetsing van beveiligingsmaatregelen. Waar ISO 27001 voornamelijk beoordeelt of processen goed zijn ingericht en aanwezig zijn, kijkt een SOC 2 Type II-audit verder. Dit assurance-rapport toetst over een langere periode of deze processen daadwerkelijk effectief zijn \u00e9n consequent worden nageleefd en neemt daarbij de volledige keten onder de loep.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>In een markt waar vertrouwen en compliance steeds belangrijker worden, kiezen wij ervoor om de lat hoger te leggen<\/em>,\u201d zegt Edwin Deijs, commercieel directeur. \u201c<em>Het opgaan voor de SOC 2 Type II-audit past dan ook bij onze ambitie om continu te verbeteren, het geeft klanten meer inzicht in hoe wij werken en draagt bij aan onze interne verbetercyclus op o.a. risicobeheersing en informatiebeveiliging. Verschillende teams werkten intensief samen om processen transparant, controleerbaar en toekomstbestendig in te richten.
