De e-learning is speciaal ontwikkeld om adviseurs te helpen de NHG-regels beter te begrijpen \u00e9n direct toe te passen in hun dagelijkse adviesgesprekken.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Wat leer je in de E-learning NHG Acceptatie?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In de e-learning duik je dieper in de NHG-acceptatiecriteria. De inhoud is gebaseerd op onderdeel C van de <em>Voorwaarden en normen<\/em> van NHG (Nationale Hypotheek Garantie), waarin de belangrijkste acceptatieregels zijn vastgelegd. Aan de hand van praktijkgerichte voorbeelden en interactieve oefenvragen krijg je inzicht in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>De NHG-grens en maximale financieringslast;<\/li>\n<li>De voorwaarden voor bestaande en nieuwbouwwoningen;<\/li>\n<li>Het beoordelen van inkomen en maandlasten;<\/li>\n<li>De rol van erfpacht, verduurzaming en oversluitregels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Met deze e-learning verbeter je je advieskwaliteit als hypotheekadviseur, houd je je NHG-kennis actueel en ben je beter voorbereid om klanten te helpen in uiteenlopende NHG-situaties.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Direct toepasbare kennis voor jouw adviespraktijk<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Volgens Roald van der Linde, bestuurslid bij NHG, is actuele kennis essentieel: \u201cHypotheekadviseurs krijgen te maken met allerlei NHG-situaties. Dan is het belangrijk om te weten wat de regels zijn en hoe je die succesvol toepast voor jouw klant.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ook Edwin Deijs, commercieel directeur bij Lindenhaeghe, voorziet dit in een duidelijke behoefte binnen de markt: <em>&#8220;<\/em>Door kennis en expertise te bundelen, bieden we met de E-learning NHG Acceptatie een gerichte oplossing waarmee adviseurs niet alleen begrijpen wat de regels zijn, maar vooral hoe ze deze in de praktijk kunnen gebruiken.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eerste stap in breder opleidingsprogramma<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>NHG Acceptatie is het startpunt van een nieuw en uitgebreid opleidingsaanbod.
