Deze e-learning is tot stand gekomen na een marktonderzoek en gesprekken met diverse partijen waaronder Blinqx, Financieel Fit, Ingage en diverse aansprekende advieskantoren en specialisten. De e-learning is dan ook volledig toegespitst op de rol van financieel adviseur en behandelt uitsluitend use cases die direct toepasbaar zijn in de praktijk.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"last-paragraph-no-margin\"><p>Edwin Deijs, onze Commercieel Directeur, licht toe: \u201cEr zijn al e-learnings\/workshops in omloop die toezien op AI in het algemeen. Als Lindenhaeghe vonden we het echter belangrijk dat de e-learning concrete voorbeelden geeft voor de adviespraktijk en ook echt uitnodigt om er als financieel adviseur in de praktijk mee aan de slag te gaan.\u201d Hij vervolgt: \u201cWe zijn daarom uitgebreid in gesprek gegaan met vooruitstrevende marktpartijen om te bekijken hoe zij de huidige (en toekomstige) AI-praktijk zien. We hebben dit aangesloten op de fases van het financieel adviesgesprek en per fase aangegeven welke use cases er zijn. Daarnaast gaan we in op hoe je AI veilig gebruikt en staan we stil bij de ethische aspecten.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>De volgende onderwerpen worden in onze e-learning behandeld:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>De basisprincipes van AI voor financieel adviseurs;<\/li>\n<li>Chatbots en virtuele assistenten voor initi\u00eble klantvragen;<\/li>\n<li>Geavanceerde data-analyse voor het identificeren van klantbehoeften;<\/li>\n<li>Automatische documentatie- en rapportagetools;<\/li>\n<li>Compliance en wetgeving (de veiligheid van AI); en<\/li>\n<li>Opkomende AI-technologie\u00ebn die de financi\u00eble dienstverlening kunnen be\u00efnvloeden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De e-learning is dusdanig praktisch en relevant voor de financieel adviseur dat de SEH drie PE-punten aan de e-learning heeft toegekend. Op het SEH-congres hebben we een prijsvraag gehouden waarin adviseurs de e-learning kosteloos konden winnen wanneer zij use cases aandragen. Deze informatie gebruiken we vervolgens weer om de e-learning verder te verrijken. Edwin: \u201cOndanks dat we al erg veel use cases hebben beschreven in de e-learning, raakten adviseurs ge\u00efnspireerd en deelden zo ook een aantal use cases waar anderen weer van kunnen leren.
