Haar verhuizing naar Nederland was voor haar een mooi moment om op zoek te gaan naar een nieuwe uitdaging binnen de financi\u00eble sector. Ondertussen zat ook Denzel middenin zijn zoektocht naar een nieuwe baan. Hij had al de nodige klantenservice-ervaring en was klaar voor zijn volgende stap. De vacature voor onze afdeling Customer Care was voor beiden precies waar zij naar op zoek waren.<\/p>\n<\/div>[vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;Direct een goed gevoel&#8221; font_container=&#8221;tag:h4|text_align:left&#8221; use_theme_fonts=&#8221;yes&#8221;]<div class=\"last-paragraph-no-margin\"><p>\u201cWat mij meteen aansprak aan Lindenhaeghe was de dienstverlening waarmee we onze deelnemers echt opleiden tot professionals binnen de financi\u00eble wereld,\u201d vertelt Shahen enthousiast over haar eerste indruk van Lindenhaeghe. \u201cVooral vanwege mijn achtergrond binnen de sector, leek het me ontzettend leuk om hieraan bij te kunnen dragen.\u201d Ook Denzel had van tevoren direct een positief gevoel bij het bedrijf. \u201cIk kwam online al veel positieve feedback vanuit klanten tegen. Nadat ik vervolgens ook nog eens een heel prettig gesprek met Demi en Sandra had, werd mijn positieve gevoel alleen maar versterkt.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>[vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;Positieve impact in elke interactie&#8221; font_container=&#8221;tag:h4|text_align:left&#8221; use_theme_fonts=&#8221;yes&#8221;]<div class=\"last-paragraph-no-margin\"><p>Op de afdeling Customer Care staan Shahen en Denzel dagelijks in contact met onze klanten. \u201cIk hecht enorm veel waarde aan klanttevredenheid,\u201d vertelt Denzel hierover. Hij streeft er dan ook naar om in elke interactie een positieve impact te maken. Ook voor Shahen biedt het klantcontact haar de mogelijkheid om anderen te helpen en bij te dragen aan hun tevredenheid en succes. \u201cIk geniet ervan om naar hun behoeften te luisteren en waardevolle oplossingen aan te bieden.\u201d Daar sluit Denzel zich bij aan. \u201cIk vind het gaaf om complexe vraagstukken op te lossen, uitstekende service te bieden en zo nieuwe klantrelaties op te bouwen en vervolgens te onderhouden,\u201d zo vertelt hij.<\/p>\n<\/div>[vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;Echt verschil kunnen maken&#8221; font_container=&#8221;tag:h4|text_align:left&#8221; use_theme_fonts=&#8221;yes&#8221;]<div class=\"last-paragraph-no-margin\"><p>Toen we hen vroegen wat ze het leukste vinden aan hun baan, waren ze het eigenlijk direct met elkaar eens: van waarde kunnen zijn voor onze klanten. Maar ook de sfeer binnen Lindenhaeghe draagt bij aan hun werkplezier. \u201cIk geniet enorm van de collega&#8217;s waarmee ik samenwerk. Iedereen is positief en bereid om elkaar te ondersteunen,\u201d geeft Denzel aan.
