In deze rol houd je je bezig met onboarding, offboarding, contractbeheer, personeelsadministratie, verzuimbegeleiding, re-integratie en ondersteuning bij harmonisatietrajecten binnen de verschillende labels van de groep, zoals Certify360, Lindenhaeghe en CS Opleidingen. Daarnaast ben je een toegankelijk aanspreekpunt voor HR-gerelateerde vragen en geef je praktisch HR-advies aan leidinggevenden.
